Our focus is on seeking out the best quality of cacao beams available in the world and to offer them to you, in various forms, at a reasonable price. We aspire to introduce new and exciting ways to enjoy cacao, with the close-to-nature authenticity that comes when you use the best cacao beans and don't overprocess them. We aim to please those seeking out a gourmet chocolate experience as well as those who wish to obtain the benefits of the Eaw Food Movement. Cocoa consumption worldwide is staggering, yet most people have never seen a cacao (cocoa) bean or tasted its wonderous flavour without the adulteration of added sugar and milkfat. The cacao bean itself is a fantastic spice and a great addition to many full-flavored meals from steaks to ice cream.
