Cocoa consumption worldwide is staggering, yet most people have never seen a cacao (cocoa) bean or tasted its wonderous flavor without the adulteration of added sugar and milkfat. The cacao bean itself is a fantastic spice and a great addition to many full flavored meals from steaks to ice cream.

We at stone and giacomotto hope to bring this wonderous food to the world in a healthier and more enjoyable form than how it is normally consumed.  Our goal is to create wonderful cocoa-based foods and chocolates with the close-to-nature authenticity that comes when you use the best cacao beans and don't overprocess them.

Finally, it is our goal to bring to market sustainable, environmentally and socially responsible products that help enrich the lives of everyone from the grower to the consumer.
